Camerdata was set up in 1985 by the Spanish Chambers of Commerce with the aim of making company information - both financial and commercial - available to everyone.  The company lists are sourced principally from the Tax Registry of Spanish Companies (Fichero del Listado de Empresas Españolas) which is made up from information received from the regional Chambers of Commerce and, as such, can be considered a reliable and legal source providing quality information. 

The commercial information you can request through the Mallorca Chamber of Commerce is organized in lists to include either basic or complete information.  The databases have been created from the company census information of Camerdata, the company responsible for the operation of information from its own databases. 

BASIC INFO

• • Includes: IAE business activity headings, company name, registered office and business operations address.
  • Area: Companies in Mallorca.
  • Last updated: june 2023.
  • Cost of information: 0,075€/entry. Minimum cost €30.

COMPLETE INFORMATION

• • Can include: IAE business activity headings, company name, registered address, fiscal identity Nº (NIF) or Passport Nº (Spanish DNI), telephone contact, exporting or importing companies, and in sections, the turnover and number of employees. 
  • Area: Companies in Spain.
  • Last updated: October 2022.
  • Cost of information: depends on the number of entries and detail requested.  Always with a quotation provided in advance.  The following prices do not include vat or any discounts based on the size of the information:
    • Complete (company name, complete address, IAE business activity headings and principal activity heading, NCEA economic activities, judicial form, number of branches, webpage, telephone contact, turnover, nº of employees, import/export, pending registry charges, location coordinates) -- €0,28/entry
    • Complete + generic email if this is available -- €0,28/entry + €0,13/email
    • Telephone Pack (company name + telephone contact + pending registry charges if available) -- €0,09 /entry
    • Email Pack (company name + generic email ) -- €0,17/entry
    • Postal Pack (company name + address + postal code + town + province) -- €0,07/entry
